Self-Care
What is self-care?
Self-care is the practice of taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life to promote health and wellness .
It involves making choices that promote your well-being and reduce stress.
Examples of self-care include adopting healthy lifestyle habits that can be maintained long-term, eating a healthy diet, finding exercise activities that you enjoy and participating in them regularly, and prioritizing your physical and mental health.
